Typically we work on issues that cut across strategy, execution, and organization. The challenge often comes in two parts. First, get clarity on the new direction to take. Second, mobilize the organization to align with it. Our commitment is to work through to the second outcome.

In such projects we do not have deliverables separate from those of the client team. Our role is to contribute to the quality of the outcomes, their timeliness and their probability of success. We do this by working side by side with our clients, bringing models and frameworks to help size up the issues at stake and experience to help prioritize and focus the work to be done.

We specialize in a set of challenges common to technology companies and technology-related sectors, where rapid changes in market dynamics force frequent adjustments in corporate strategy. The recurrent demon here is inertia on the old vector, the recurrent frustration inability to get traction on the new one. Our practice is devoted to meeting this challenge.

To net it out, wherever executive teams are making a big bet on a change in strategy, we want to be there.
