| As
TCG Advisors we share some common aspirations. First among these is
that our clients succeed. We are all driven by client impact.
When it comes
to helping clients tackle the really tough problems, we want to
be seen as thought leaders. We think we should be able to get ahead
of this game because unlike the client teams we work with, who are
often on special assignment, this is all we do.
Each of us brings
a personal network to our practice, and we expect to leverage our
relationships on behalf of our clients, especially when it comes
to introducing potential partners, customers, or investors.
We are all entrepreneurial
by nature, and we expect to be seen as doers and not just as talkers
or listeners (although we do plenty of both!).
We aspire to
be not only smart but savvy, especially when it comes to helping
our clients make trade-offs around markets, products, or people.
In tough situations we expect ourselves to be compassionate but
not sentimental.
Finally, we
want executives and board members to feel comfortable interacting
with us as peers so they can share their deepest issues and concerns
and get appropriate unbiased feedback in real time.
