Lo-Ping
Yeh is a managing director at TCG Advisors. With over 15 years of
diversified experience in management consulting, marketing and sales,
hands-on operations, and international work, Lo-Ping has extensive
experience in helping clients develop and execute strategies. Lo-Ping
has helped clients in the high-tech sector including network equipment,
high-end servers, digital mapping, and electronics.
Lo-Ping
has contributed her thought leadership to a number of books including,
Net Worth by John Hagel III and Marc Singer, Secrets
of Software Success by Derlev Hoch, Cyriac Roeding, Gert Purket
and Sandro Linder, and 20/20 Foresight by Hugh Courtney.
Her most recent contribution was a book on innovation titled Dealing
with Darwin by Geoffrey Moore.

Lo-Ping
focuses on a variety of strategic development work with clients
including business strategies, growth strategies, and turnaround
strategies. In addition to helping clients develop strategies, she
helps clients drive the execution of the strategy through action-oriented
initiatives and organizational realignment.

Lo-Ping
has served a variety of clients in the high-tech sector including
Cisco, FedEx, Symbol Technologies, Tele Atlas, and Stratus Technologies.
Before
TCG Advisors
Prior
to joining TCG Advisors, Lo-Ping was Vice President of Marketing
and Business Development at Corticon Technologies, an enterprise
software company. She also held the position of Vice President
of Global Operations at ECnet, an internet-based supply chain management
company.
In
addition, Lo-Ping was a partner at McKinsey & Company, a leading
management consulting firm. She spent eight years at McKinsey's
Boston and Shanghai offices. She was a core member of McKinsey's
Strategy Practice focusing on leading edge strategic thinking.
Lo-Ping
received her Bachelor of Science from the Massachusetts Institute
of Technology and her MBA from Harvard Business School.
